「Clean property. Friendly staff. Shuttle to Park City Mountain very convenient. Waited not even 5 minutes to get picked up. Hot tub and Sauna were nice. Gym on the property is very basic but not a big deal if you are there to ski. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and breakfast spots and 7/11. It was a good spot. 」

「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」

「Clean, and convenient. No on site office but someone always answered to help using the office number. We were able to rent skis right in the resort area, and were right near a ski lift so the ski in ski out was super convenient. The view was spectacular. It was nice to have front row seats of the mountain. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs though because you will hear the grooming machines in the middle of the night and they have bright lights. WiFi signal was inadequate so we could not connect...

「Great access to the ski lifts and the multiple hot tubs and sauna/steam rooms were very enjoyable. Our second floor room had a great view of the ski jumps from our balcony. The room was quite dated and water pressure issues created a very loud and exhausting noise during the entirety of the shower being used. The ceilings were also very thin and we were woken constantly at night and each morning by the 3rd floor residents. 」

「As with many properties these days since Covid, the servicing of the room is very poor. It is amazing how management has taken one of the best group of workers and turned them into some of the worst group of workers. Of course this is all in the name of greed and recognizing what they got away with during Covid. So they charge $25.00to have your sheets changed. They didn’t inform me of this although they said they did and will not remove the charge. The greed of upper management and ownership...

「The hotel was beautiful. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. Even when a water main broke, they offered to shuttle us to another hotel for showers until it was fixed. The break was not their fault but they took such great care of us.」

「Peaceful views from kitchen/dining area. Balcony larger then it looks in photos. Large spacious open living/kitchen area. King room-comfortable bed/bedding. 2nd room fits 5. This room has beautiful view of trees and creek. Location is quiet. 6 min drive into Park City, 15 min drive to Jordanelle State Park ( lake ). The property is in a quiet neighborhood. Be aware that the garage is low. If you have a large truck it won’t fit. Parking around property is limited. A trailer w toys won’t fit...
