「Loved the upscale design, large windows, large shower with multiple shower head options and finishes because it felt like our home. We had a Mountain View in #302 from each of the two oversized windows. It was nice having a keurig, microwave and cooler. We were a bit confused by the TV, we are apple t. 「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」
