Good area to stay at, yet the room was smelling like cigarettes and the bathroom was tiny. Also the equipment in the rooms were a little less than ok. All in all the bed was comfy, the room itself was somewhat spacious and again, the area was great. Staff was fine. 3/5 stars from our side.

I was initially impressed by the hotel’s photos on the app, but the reality did not match the expectations upon arrival. The room lacked proper soundproofing, making it very difficult to sleep due to the constant noise and crowd outside. Additionally, there was confusion regarding the checkout time. The booking indicated a 12:00 PM checkout, but upon arrival, the reception informed us it was actually 11:00 AM. We were also asked to pay a deposit, which had not been mentioned or clearly stated anywhere on the website or during the booking process. Furthermore, we were charged an additional €5 in taxes, even though the invoice clearly indicated that all taxes had already been included. Finally, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. It had not been properly cleaned, and the blankets were dirty. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and needs significant improvement.

Good for bars with a central location. Certainly not the most exclusive hotel but some other reviews are probably a little unfair. My room was clean, the bathroom was nice. It’s clear that the property requires investment.

This is my second stay and it's an excellent Hotel in the center of Rotterdam. The rooms are nice and have a good standard. It can be a bit noisy from the nightlife on the street but I had no trouble sleeping through it.
