It's a half hour to Auburn, 1 hr to both Sacramento and Incredibly Beautiful Lake Tahoe! there are many hiking and biking trails nearby. It has a Post Office and a fire Station featuring free monthly spaghetti dinners, a community hall that features karaoke & free monthly breakfast.

Not carpet.(I had to upload a stock photo, There is carpet in bedroom, throw rugs in LR & kitch, bathroom.
