“Nice, clean hotel. Decent breakfast. I found the mattresses and pillows to be very hard and uncomfortable. Difficult to maintain a constant desirable temperature in the room - it would go from cold to hot and back to cold routinely. Housekeeping staff continued to knock on the door in the morning, even though we weren't checking out & had the "do not disturb" sign posted.”

“Bottom sheet had 3 circle spots on it ranging from 2 and half inch down to 1inch. Informed desk and was given sheets and had to change ourselves. Shower had mold spots on soap shelf(3) and base wall had 4inches near drain wall. Was told cant do any comp because booked thru Expedia... Not happy”

“Love this hotel, I live in the area but like to get out the house every few months and enjoy the hot tub they have here. Also, the slots are great to have on the property. Bar is nice and king size bed was great. Bathroom was very clean. But unfortunately the hot breakfast is only on weekends .”

“We arrived around 10pm with our 1 year old. Check-in was straight forward, but upon entering our room, we immediately walked out and went back to the check-in counter due to the overwhelming vape smell mixed with a musky scent, as if someone tried to cover it up. When we informed the front desk staff member of this, all she cared about was asking if we had used anything in the room. I had checked in maybe 10 minutes prior--only enough time for us to move the car and bring a load of our baggage……

“The fire alarm in my room started beeping incessantly at 2 AM on the first day. I went to the front desk to find someone. They came 30minutes later and said they couldn't fix it. It wasn't fixed by 7:30 PM, so we ended up being moved to another room.”

“Arrived to the front desk at about 4:30pm on a Saturday to check-in and proceeded to wait approximately 20 minutes while the clerk discussed someone's reservations on the phone. There was another staff member sitting off to the side who disappeared. Finally get checked-in to discover one of the two elevators is out of order. I was on a tight schedule and needed to change before getting to a 5pm event. Room was fine. Much of the parking lot was torn up and being repaved as well. Overall not……

“The Staff was AMAZING and PATRIOTIC for us as a Family visiting our Boot Camp Graduate at Great Lakes Naval Base! What a trip we had! Clean Hotel, Friendly staff and will be referring the Navy Families that way!”

“Our room was run down, The tiles in the bathroom were loose. Everything looked dingy and not well maintained. Elevator was not working most of the time, so hauling luggage was more difficult. The pool was absolutely disgusting, it was cloudy and very cold. Hot Tub was not working. Breakfast was typical and not very good. Pay the extra $20 dollars a night for a better hotel.”

“This hotel is the definition of “you get what you pay for”. Beds were functional for sleeping one night, probably 2.5 stars for cleanliness (one dirty towel at checking), although breakfast was better than expected.”
