「Property is old, dilapidated, and poorly maintained. Beds were lumpy and.very uncomfortable. Toilet was plugged. Light bulbs were missing from lamps. Air conditioner was noisy. Never again!」

「If you’re looking for a peaceful little getaway, I can’t recommend The Ruby Hotel enough. It’s the perfect blend of cute, charming, and relaxing. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere just feels calm and welcoming.
The rooms are thoughtfully designed with a cozy, boutique feel, and the views of the creek are absolutely beautiful—especially in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine as the sun goes down. It’s one of those places where you can truly slow down...

「The lobby area was very nice and we were greeted by the front desk staff immediately! She was wonderful and welcoming. She told us about all the amenities and sent us on our way. Our room was very nice and the beds were comfy. It was quiet and we all slept like a baby. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying with Aloft hotels again!!! 」
