Halfway between Houston and Austin, Texas, this 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom cozy country home has been owned and maintained by the same family for over 20 years. It is in downtown Round Top, Texas, steps from the historic squares, lined with all of the shopping, restaurants, bars and hotels, that make this little country town famous. A short drive down the road will lead you to the main grounds of the world-renowned Round Top Antique Shows! A home away from home, it has all of the comforts you could want, including wifi and cable television, clean sheets and towels for guest use and washer/dryer. The favorite room is a large sunroom with couches and comfy chairs, perfect for a good nap or gathering with family or friends. There is a family room with a gas fireplace, smart TV and two large sofas, a dining room with a table that seats 6 comfortably. A house highlight is the large front porch with rocking chairs that has a lovely view of sunsets and a pasture where cattle and longhorn graze.
