"Hadn't realized that a railway line separated the hotel from the beach and finding a route to Nice proved challenging. The hotel itself I would describe as IBIS quality, it was adequate and clean, the pool is unusual but didn't get chance to use it. The reception wasn't manned when we arrived and it took several minutes before we were attended to. The bedrooms were in a different building from the reception but the rooms were comfortable and clean."

"Beautiful street side apartment in excellent location 2 min from public beach. Gorgeous sunrises. Modern, recently decorated accommodation. Room was cleaned & serviced every day. Complimentary bottled water every day. You can choose to have breakfast at the hotel but the small apartment kitchen is useful and there is an excellent bakery & cafe 2 min walk away We used local bus & train service to travel along the coast. But if you have a car, there is a €20 daily charge."

"What an amazingly lucky find!!! Our car had broken down on our European road trip and by chance we managed to limp to this fabulous hotel. We were greeted by the wonderful Elie, at the hotel reception, whose warmth and kindness, where nothing was too much trouble, made for a perfect welcome. She gave us a suite to put all our luggage and then helped us navigate taxi’s and recovery services to get back on the road after a lovely restful night at the hotel. All the staff were amazing, super friendly and so helpful. Dinner and breakfast, was served in the tastefully decorated restaurant (and by the pool) which added to our amazing experience at The Golden Tulip. We didn’t get chance to use all the spa facilities but everything looked very peaceful and serene. I can’t recommend this lovely hotel and it’s wonderful warm staff enough. Thank you so much for being there in our time of need and making a stressful time so much easier. Thank you again."

"Breakfast was great, location is a bit far if you’re looking to spend your time in Antibes or Juan Les pins, room was clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. In house laundry was a huge help in the middle of a long trip"
