「The location is fantastic; all of "downtown" is in walking distance and there is a great Oak tree that provides some nice shade in the front yard. Heat pump keeps things nice and cool for the summer heat, there were a number of thoughtful amenities available. Great little kitchen with most of what you'd need for preparing a meal except the groceries! Enjoyed our stay and will probably be back.」

At the time of my stay [end of May 2026], these small appliances were available for the kitchenette: microwave, toaster oven, hot water kettle, blender. Plus a Brita water pitcher. 「First, the check-in process was very easy. We received directions by text the morning of our stay. Second, the owner was very responsive when contacted.
