"A rugged bush property, less than 10 minutes from Macedon township. Driving into the property's initially steep gravel drive, in a 2WD car, required some initial speed and staying in low gear, but proved no problem for our family group, in three vehicles, two of which were 2WD. The main house and two "container bedrooms" were all spotlessly clean and very well, appointed. "The manager Andrew was fabulous to deal with, I needed to contact the motel as my circumstances had changed and I wasn’t able to check in until midnight. Andrew sent me very clear instructions on how to access my room key. There was ample outdoor lighting for me to do this without any problems. The room was very clean and neat and a very comfortable bed awaited me after my late night drive. Andrew was very friendly the next morning, ensuring that everything in the room was to standard and asking if I required anything before I checked out. I highly recommend this motel."
