“I booked the room for my colleague, she said, "the hotel is dodgy, quite dirty and a hostel with interesting characters, smells of weed and generally no safety… the breakfast was really bad and I was the only one there… it seems like it’s not a hotel that is actually used for tourism/business." She felt so unsafe that she left after the first night. I am writing to request a refund. Please advise.”

“It’s worth of money ”

“Buona struttura,classico premier inn,la camera e bagno erano puliti, receptionist cordiale,in questa struttura il parcheggio è a pagamento,10 Pound, considerando che sei vicino a ristoranti e al centro”

“Purchased through Expedia. My wife's father passed away and they would not reply to any of our messages and Expedia would not help with a credit or refund. Even with a death in the family. We never made it to our vacation. Sad that no one cared enough to get back to us in such a terrible family moment.”

“Where to begin. The staff were all super friendly and polite and the lifts work quickly, I think thats about where the good points end. The hotel is utterly falling apart. The main reception is relatively well maintained and clean looking, the other attached reception is abandoned, falling apart, the bar and resturaunt is closed and abandoned, the main door doesn't work, missing carpets with exposed rotting ply-wood on the floor and walls with random bits of rubbish and broke furniture spread……

“Room was clean, quiet and well appointed. Elevator was appreciated and staff friendly and helpful. location does not show properly on Google map for navigation by car. Close to restaurants Staff was helpful at their sister property, Douglas Hotel, in getting us to the property.”

“No amenities and no one to speak with. I received text messages & messages through Expedia from hotel, yet when I reached out in this same fashion there was no response. The property is clean. Somewhat noisy area, although close to most things. Not truly a hotel. ”

“verything was just right with the room and service, except disturbing noise for the band performance from the bar till 12:30 midnight .It was a very popular bar down down stairs wih crowds till then. cannot sleep before that.”
