Royalston Falls is a moderate to difficult hike. Can take 45mins to 1 hr walk each way from the entrance. Keep following the trees with White and Yellow marks. At some point the trail splits into 2 paths. The one on the left goes to mount monadnock (19 miles) and one on the right follow the trees with Yellow markers to reach the falls. This property needs a serious update. The property looks tired. Attempted to use the fitness room and it was dirty and much of the equipment was unusable. The pool and jacuzzi were closed and looked disgusting. The common areas and room felt unclean

The property was amazing! We had so much fun. All amenities that were listed were there! The bedrooms were spread out (master on first floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs), which made it easy for people to do separate activities and not be bothered. Thanks to the hosts!!! Definitely would recommend.
