「Clean room, friendly owner」

「On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning. When I told the hostess, she assumed I was the one who broke it. Upon checkout, she asked me for €20 for the city tax, even though I had...

「This is an absolutely FABULOUS hotel in Old Town! Nikolas is so FANTASTIC and helpful with recommendations, upkeep, and generally making sure you have the best stay possible in Dubrovnik! The room was a decent size, the shower had great pressure, and the room stayed dark, if needed. The location is so great to do ALL the things in Old Town and an easy walk to Uber pick ups. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!」
