Stay in our former stable block converted in 2017 into a stunning studio apartment overlooking a vineyard in Barranco Ferrer (in the municipality of Rubite), and only 7km from the lovely beaches of the Costa Tropical. Best of both worlds from only €30 per night! Big enough for a child's bed or a travel cot at an additional small charge.

Enjoy a shared fenced pool, a hot tub, and a barbecue area during your stay. The pool and the hot tub are open from April 1 to October 31, from 9 am to 2 pm and 5 pm to 9 pm. These amenities are private but may be shared with other guests.

This finca is located near Costa Tropical beaches, Motril, Calahonda, Salobreña, Granada, and the Alpujarras. Sailing excursions are also available nearby.

2 parking spaces are available on the property. Please note that access to the village is via a steep public mountain road.

Families with children are welcome.

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (for a fee).
