「On arrival the restaurant was closed and upon asking the receptionist o was told there is no restaurant near by . The room was never cleaned and dirty towel was put back on the rail. Room was noisy at tines with main villa door being shut and people coming in and out also dog being left in next door room. The restaurant staff didn’t speak English. 「This hotel set the example that all others should follow. It will be hard to stay at another hotel and not think back to how they pale in comparison. Florian was amazingly friendly and a lot of fun to talk with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The morning breakfast they prepared was delicious and beyond all expectations. Sinaia is beautiful and this hotel is the crown jewel to top it all off. 」

「Simply tragic: The kitchen smelled of gas from the cookstove (don't light a candle there!). Traffic along the main road made it impossible to sleep at night (trucks, etc.). "Sinaia is a magical town and this hotel is excellent. They gave me an early check-in so I can drop my luggage. Quite. The air is refreshing. Close to the train station. Amenities like jacuzzi, swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room are all well-kept and in good condition. They put aromatic essential oil in sauna and steam room, and the environment is calm and relaxing. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and is on the level of any 5-star hotel. Great value for money. Thoroughly enjoy my stay here!"
