feel like b&b. service and bedding need to improve
Straightforward staffs so felt less courteous. As checked in, frontdesk lady let me wait for 5 mins then dissapeared. It was its restaurant waitress helped me thru check-in.

Good location, nice room and services!
The hotel is located not far from Rudesheim train station, yet thanks to the short distance to the rail, there is little noise overnight. Surprisingly we got an attic at plain price, and the hotel services were warm and helpful. Strongly recommend!

Die Zimmer waren sauber, leider ein bisschen hellhörig und laut durch Strassenlärm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage war super, sehr zentral und alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

This hotel was exactly what I pictured when thinking of Germany. The bonus was that it was 2 story with bathroom on bottom floor when you walk in. Front desk staff super friendly and the included breakfast was delicious and even had bacon! Great location and a hard to find 4 person room!

Excelente opção
Nossa estadia foi ótima! Ficamos apenas uma noite, mas fomos muito bem recebidos. Júlia foi incrível e a senhora do café da manhã também! Quarto muito confortável, hotel perto do centro histórico e do mercado de Natal. Estacionamento do hotel a 10 euros. Café da manhã excelente. Com certeza recomendo e voltaria! Obrigada Júlia!

Fantastic hote.
We stayed at the quadruple room. It was clean, spacious. Through the window on the top, the Rhein river was seen and the sound from the bell at the church was fantastic. Enjoyed the stay!

可愛いディスプレイの朝食ビュッフェ、かなり感動しました。まだ他のゲストがいらっしゃらなかったので思わず動画を撮影、お味も良かったです。 お部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。 駅からは徒歩圏、Cruise船乗り場へも数分、大変便利な場所でした。

Meget hjælpsom og smilende personale. Dejlig vær.
Super godt ophold fra start til slut. Meget imødekommende og serviceminded personale. Dejlige store værelser, hvor der var roligt. Vi fik serveret pragtfuld morgenmad i den gamle vinstue, det var rigtig hyggeligt. Vi følte os rigtig godt behandlet. Et sted vi gerne besøger igen.

We liked the location, the parking option, the dining options along the boardwalk of Ruedesheim. The renovations of the hotel were impressive. The best addition to it was AC. Our first hotel with AC in Germany!
