Weekend Getaway

This cabin was perfect for my little family!!! It was secluded enough for us to have our privacy, but 5-10 away from town. With things to keep us busy with a 3 year old and 6 year old. It was cozy and felt just like home

Week in Ruidoso

We had a great time and the cabin was exactly as we expected. My wife and I hiked most days so the cabin as a delightful spot to clean-up, rest, and get ready for the next day!

Beautiful Place

My wife and I had a blast. The hot tub was great and the view of the horse track and all of the horse stables was just what we were looking for. So much to do in the area.

Quiet, spacious and clean!

The property is nestled far away to give you peace and quiet, but close enough to enjoy whatever is happening down town, or run errands. It’s very clean and cozy.

Family vacation

My Granddaughter took me on vacation and the cabin we stayed at was perfect. We had everything we needed and it was located in just the right spot. The cabin sits on a hill so you can see the most beautiful sunsets and stars from the hot tub. It was clean and comfortable.

Need a truck, but worth the journey!

Due to where this house sits, you have to go up a pretty good incline with loose gravel/rock. You could make it with a 2-wheel drive vehicle from one side, but 4-wheel drive is recommended. Once you get up there, you won't want to leave though...both for the view and then inconvenience of coming back down the hill...so get everything you need first so you don't have to leave again! It was a good stay even with the high winds during our visit. We would definitely go back.

Short getaway in the mountains

My mom, son and I enjoyed a short getaway in the mountains. We were pleased with the accommodations but the only thing that lingered was a bad smell of smoke or very strong odor. The hot tub was a hit and we enjoyed the view.

Amazing!

I've stayed in a few rental properties in Ruidoso and this place was absolutely impeccable. Not a spot or dust to be found. The cleaning crew did an amazing job (shout out to, Pam!) The house itself is absolutely appropriate for a family, with two beds and two baths. The master room bed is really comfortable but the other bed was not (sorry, kids!) The house provided towels for the hot tub, laundry detergent, sponges for dishes, and dishwasher pods. For the price, it was way better than more expensive properties we've stayed at. The biggest downfall is the fence outside is broken with a quick fall to the road beneath. I was nervous to let the kids play out front. If this was fixed, it would definitely be a 10/10 for every aspect. If you go when it's snowing, it can be a scary drive up (make sure you check the weather), but the views were amazing. Can't wait to come back.

Favorite Getaway

This is one of our favorite cabins to come back to each time we visit Ruidoso. Always clean, accommodating, friendly, and a great view from the hot tub on the porch. Can't wait to come back next time!

Beautiful location

Had a wonderful time with my children. It was very peaceful and had a great view of the mountains. It had easy access to restaurants and Walmart. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Great location!

Cute house!! Perfect location for the racetrack or sale barn area!! Just needs a small AC UNIT in master bedroom. The bedroom/bathroom gets so hot in summer months- even with fans they provided.
