「Loved the location of the cabin! Walking distance to ruidoso shops and park is at the front door. We were there during Christmas time and the park was lit with Christmas decorations. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!!」

My girls loved the hot tub but outdoors could have been a little more cleaned up as there were sticks and sticker weeds. But otherwise was a decent stay.」

「Landscape was not very maintained, ovwrgrown, outdoor furniture covered with spiders and webs, hot tub out of order, pool covered and noted not to be used in December, water pressure too low, water temp fluctuated while bathing or showering, window seals with dust and dead insects, light bulbs burned out, wifi kept going out, casita sliding door didn’t lock, front gate not automatic, had to open manually, power went out once, unable to figure out temp control, hot during day, cold at night,...

She rented the treehouse out from under us and told us she was “upgrading us” to another house she owned. It was too late to find another place to stay so we checked in to a very dirty, run down house. There was a debris-filled tub on the back deck, broken glass everywhere and the outdoor cushions were filthy. The interior was dark, dirty and dingy. We didn’t sit on the indoor couch...
