"It was definitely a 5 star hotel. Clean, beautiful, and excellent service. Room service meal was delicious. Restaurant attached, along with a pool and fool spa offering everhhting you could want and need. Thank you Opal Hotel Amman for the relaxing and unforgettable stay."

"I was looking for the entrance when I arrived there; however, I couldn't find any logo or indication. Eventually I asked a nearby security to indicate where it was, which was at the back side of the building. I would suggest them to describe it or attach photo via email to the customers.
