「I booked this room through Expedia.com. Upon arrival I was told there was no room available. I asked why and was told their computer system overbooked the hotel and since I booked through Expedia, there was nothing they could or would do. We had to go to another town to get a room.
Later when I called and complained to Expedia a representative called the Super 8. When she returned to me she said she was told that the Super 8 had a water heater failure and it affected a section of the building....

「The room was just okay for an overnite stay but I usally stay here and the rooms I use too had a bedspread on it the room I stayed in this time just had a blanket, and the room I ask for they say it was booked but I don't think so because the curtains in the room was open at all time, but for a one night it was just okay 」
