The hotel was very clean throughout the property. The spa had 3 different saunas and plenty of relaxation rooms in the common area. A private sauna inside the room. The manager couple takes pride of their hard work. Breakast buffet provides good selection of local bread and variety of pastries and cold cuts. The dining area has nice atmosphere with good view of the mountain peaks. We would stay again.

Stayed in one bedroom apartment, very spacious and nicely decorated. Had a good kitchen and a personal sauna. Personnel were very helpful and spoke good English. We initially booked for 4 nights but ended staying a week. Location is perfect for exploring the area, close to Salzburg and all the beautiful lakes in the region. We would gladly consider staying here again.

Hotel cómodo para acceder a Alpes y pueblos de la zona. desayuno excelente y varias posibilidades para cena en la zona. En la piscina interior no pudimos estar porque había mucha chavalada y no era agradable

Sehr schönes Hotel, jedoch etwas zu teuer für das Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Restaurant lt Hotel bis 22h geöffnet hatte aber auch am Wochenende schon um 21h geschlossen. Auch ist es unpraktisch, man muss beim Frühstück bekannt geben um welche Zeit man zum Abendessen kommt, was einen flexiblen Wander tag, bzw Ausflüge sehr einschrenkt. Aufmerksamkeit des Service Personal bei einem leeren Glas wäre verbesserungsfähig.

Neues Hotel gute Lage Service unbefriedigend

Wir waren 7 Tage im Dachsteinressort und hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Hotel ist relativ neu und somit sehr gut in Schuß und sauber. Auch die Lage ist gut. Allerdings waren wir vom Service sehr enttäuscht. Schon beim Empfang hat man sich nicht willkommen gefühlt. Die Geschäftsleitung hat offenbar kein Interesse sich mit den Gästen zu beschäftigen. Es gab Pannen bei der Zimmervergabe und dem Essen. Das Personal hat nicht gut genug Deutsch gesprochen, um bei Problemen wirklich zu helfen. Bei der Abreise wurden uns 30 € Doppelzimmerpauschale in Rechnung gestellt, die uns nicht transparent gemacht wurden. Letzendlich werden wir einen großen Bogen um dieses Hotel machen. Wir können es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Bel appartement avec magnifique vue

Bel appartement 2 chambres très bien entretenu. Le propriétaire gère bien son établissement. 2 salles de bains (douche et wc dans chacune d’elle). Très bon wi-fi et magnifique vue depuis la terrasse de notre appartement. Petit déjeuner avec tout ce qu’il faut et mesures d’hygiène impeccables (On doit mettre son masque et l’hôtel fournit des gants pour se servir au buffet). Le canapé lit n’était pas très confortable (mais c’est un canapé lit). Par contre, les lits sont très confortables. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble.

Modernt hotell, tyvärr helt felbyggt. Totalt ocharmigt och överprissatt. Dålig frukost, obegripligt opraktiska rum med toalett och duschrum i olika rum. Finns ingen fungerade lampa på toaletten, strömbrytare i dusch-rummet (längst in!) och glasdörrar till toa. Totalt ointresserad personal. Katastrof!
