You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Relax with the whole family at this cabin in one of the most scenic spots in New Mexico. You will have 16 acres of ranch land all to yourself, and a private pond outside your back door. This property is ideal for hunters, those seeking to get away from it all yet still need modern amenities, and large groups. Our cabin is near world class skiing, a historic town, and dining options.

very rustic get away, had a blast.

I have stayed in log cabins before, real log cabins not prefab stuff so I know what a pain they can be maintenance wise. the logs twist and turn, its just what happens. we had more than a few drafts, but the heaters kept us warm. everyone slept well in the beds. the pond behind this place is an awesome sight in morning. it had a bunch of Canadian geese and ducks on it every morning. I took my kids and my grand kids skiing at Sipapu, they had a blast. drove up to Eagle nest in a pretty good snow storm, loved the drive through the mountains. usually run into some big elk herds, but not this trip. saw lots of deer and other wildlife. if your looking for a rustic place in the middle of nowhere I highly recommend it. only real complaint is I did not know about the cows. I am afraid I would have left the gate open if my daughter had not told me about them.
