服務人員態度友善，房間寬敞舒適
所有服務人員態度都非常友善，樓中樓房間十分寬敞舒適，餐飲種類繁多也美味可口，唯一美中不足的是浴室蓮蓬頭出水忽冷忽熱的情況非常嚴重，住宿第一天大部分時間洗的是冷水澡，之後向櫃檯反應，也馬上派維修人員前來處理，態度也是非常良好，但經多方詢問(維修人員講日文不知內容為何)，告知必須自行慢慢調整冷熱水量，即使是其他房間也一樣。住宿第二天因為怕感冒全家只好到公共大浴場去洗澡，如此高價位的飯店卻是這樣的淋浴設施，著實令人感到失望，如果能改善就更好了。 > 另外，正值暑假期間，原本期待的室內波浪泳池居然未開放，也令人感到遺憾

second year stay in this hotel. this year, hotel was suddenly blackout for a few hours with contigency light on in the room but no heating thou 1℃ outside. Everybody felt safe. Staff kept coming to check sick guest status. Very appreciated and helpful.

The room was clean, comfortable with nice view, that we wanted to stay for longer time. The staffs were helpful and friendly, we were very impressed by Ms Misaki Nonaka’s kind proactive assistance. We will stay there again in future when we visit Hokkaido.

我和老公的情人節在此有著美好的回憶！
我和老公在這裏有著美好的情人節渡徦回憶。員工都很熱情友善有禮，對喜愛滑雪者和玩雪的人是很好的地方。晚上可享用泡湯，雖然不包含早晚餐，但用餐環境及品質仍然非常值得的。飯店旁的7-11鄰近，過個馬路就到了。我們已經決定明年同樣的時間再來滑雪了，風景十分優美，上下二層的空間讓我們覺得很放鬆。每一扇窗都是冬季美景！

It is convient to Rutusui resort by monorail.There is free monorail between Westin and Rutusui Resort . There is a great play garden and many shop to visitor. I like Westin rooml, it is quiet and big. I recommend you to stay it.
