New construction in 2024. Beautiful finishes make this modern tiny’ish home the perfect get away! Located on 40 acres with wooded paths and fields for exploring. Open floorplan with full bed, TV, bath and laundry on main. Climb up to the loft to watch TV, play games or have a restful nap on the twin (can be converted to king) daybed. Large firepit for hanging out and knocking off the evening chill! Charcoal grill, yard games, and hammocks for your use...plus the string lights will create an ambiance that allows the fun to continue into the night. Plenty of parking for horse or motorcycle trailer.

Great Vacation

We had a great stay! The cabin and the grounds are wonderful. Very private, clean, enjoyable property. This is my new VRBO spot for all my trips back to Rutherfordton to spend time with my family.
