  • Our privately owned older style but much loved static caravan is set in landscaped grounds at St Helens Coastal Resort. The van boasts comfortable accommodation sleeping 4 people in 2 bedrooms with bed linen and towels included. The main bedroom has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress and ensuite shower room. This is separated by the open plan kitchen, diner and lounge leading to the twin bedroom with 3ft beds which also have memory foam mattresses and an ensuite shower room. The van is double glazed and centrally heated, so warm and cosy in winter. The kitchen has the convenience of a under counter larder fridge and table top freezer, cooker and microwave etc. The lounge has a gas fire and Freeview TV/DVD. Outside there are two connected & gated decking areas, making it great for our doggies, with table and chairs and a BBQ.. a car can be parked by the van. The park facilities include an outdoor heated pool, open May to September weather permitting and a launderette.
    St Helens village enjoys a family friendly pub which is only a 3-4 minutes walk serving food all day, a village shop which is 3 minutes down the road & Sage Coffee House which is a 5 minute stroll across the village green..
    The Duver beach and cafe is a 15 minute walk away or a 2 minute drive (pay & display parking is available) and is ideal for children and dogs. There is National Trust land behind the beach which is brilliant for picnics & dog walks.
    Wi-Fi is available in the van.
    WE WELCOME YOUR WELL BEHAVED DOGS. FERRIES DISCOUNT AVAILABLE.
    VAN ARRIVAL TIME: 3pm
    DEPARTURE TIME: 11am

The property was very accurately described, the site owner was extremely helpful and the facilities were ideal for our family group (2 adults, a nearly 8 year old and a 2 year old dog). The property was clean, in very good condition, it was great having a pool on site. Everything we needed was so close to hand.Thank you for a very lovely stay, I am sure we will be coming back soon.

Wonderful stay, we’re already looking forward to returning. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we all slept so well. The caravan was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The thoughtful arrival touches, including tea, milk and biscuits, were especially appreciated after a long drive and ferry crossing. Debbie and Bryan were fantastic hosts with excellent communication throughout, and their help with the ferry booking saved us a considerable amount.Thank you, Debbie and Bryan, for such a lovely stay.

The van is perfect for me and Lilly, my german shepherd. She loves lying out on the decking watching the world go by. There's a very handy path we take for our walks and there are a lot of places that are easy to get to. The van is always in very good order. Debbie responded very quickly to a query I had. Very satisfied with everything.

Short but sweet

We booked in for 3 nights after spending 4 nights at a Haven site in Weymouth earlier in the week and despite the inclement weather had a wonderful stay. The hosts were great, the accommodation was perfect for our needs with two dogs. Thank you Brian & Debbie for a wonderful but short stay - hope to be back in the bear future

Fantastic holiday

We loved staying in this property. It was super clean and comfortable. Debbie was really friendly and easy to communicate with.St Helens is so beautiful. We loved being able to walk down to the beach with our dog.
