「Our host Sally was the best! 」

「Check in was incredibly simple, thank you! The house is impeccable, completely exceeded my expectations! Nothing required as of yet but willyou if anything is needed 😄」

「Overall, extremely well-presented and a great choice.」

「The house is very spacious, just as described, and matches the pictures. The location is excellent, and the neighborhood is well-maintained. We felt very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent, and even a mid-stay cleaning was offered.」

「Harbour Strand felt like a real home from home. The house felt comfortable and spacious and the kitchen was well equipped- even down to condiments and cleaning supplies. The location is great and we enjoyed watching the sunset over the harbour from the balcony. We will definitely return. I would highly recommend booking with Curated Spaces. Their customer service is exceptional and their welcome pack is the best we’ve come across .」

「the size of the house was perfect, loads of hot water, linen was good, our family had a lovely weekend! PS needs a bit of TLC 」

「"I did not stay at this property due to a total failure of service and severe health hazards. Upon arrival, no staff were present and the room was already occupied by two other guests due to a double-booking. The property was in a severe state of disrepair: the door was detached from its hinges, the walls were unwashed, and the bedding had significant biological stains and unwashed pillowcases. Furthermore, there was a heavy, pervasive odor of tobacco smoke. As a diagnosed COPD patient, this...

「The location was okay. I stayed for 2 nights and had no WiFi for the duration. Communication with the maintenance guy was ok however he asked me to send emails to the ‘office’ about the internet issue but I had no response from the ‘office’. My bedding had spots of blood on it. All in all…it was not a great experience. Maintenance guy was very apologetic.」

「Enjoyable time in Alverstoke. Great place for a mix of excursions and holiday fun.」

「Lovely spacious well equipped house」

「Main light did not work, and in the dark, I had to move the bed to access a dangerous wall socket for the bedside light. There was nowhere to put clothes, items or a desk to use and no chair and no space for this anyway. Better if the small double bed was swopped for a single to allow a desk & chair to be put in. The steep and shallow stairs were a safety hazard, so be careful. And the TV didn't allow access to Freeview! There was no crockery or cutlery to use despite advertising a well-equipped...

「arrived at property room was upstairs the stairs were very narrow and dangerous there was loads black bags in garden fence panel down no wear nice to sit not as described in photos at all messaged host took 3 hours get reply because I complained through booking still not sorted refund have photos of rubbish etc I’m disabled and couldn’t manage up down stairs to shared toilet etc sorry but I been staying in few places in Portsmouth these last couple weeks due to partner working there and this was...

「The room was clean, however the fan was dirty, blinds were broken. Walking into the property there was an open room full of clutter and mess, immediately in the hallway was what seemed to be a rolled up amount of carpet, and a house a dog that wasn’t disclosed on the listing. Bathroom functionality was poor as the shower dial was practically falling off of the wall and instructions were unclear on how to turn it off, worst bit was the shelf was covered in empty shampoo bottles and what looked to...
