It was such a charming and lovely hotel. My friend and I each booked our own room. The rooms were spacious and had bathtubs, so we were able to relax and unwind. The staff were always very kind and helpful. There were also plenty of great restaurants and cafés within walking distance. It was the perfect place for a short getaway.

Beautiful hotel, very central, staff friendly, breakfast plentiful. Room was hot and difficult to cool down and very small. If we came back we would probably book a larger room and go at a different time of year.

I stayed at the George in Rye for one night and I couldn’t fault it. It is a lovely hotel and the staff were so friendly. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely go back again.

Really cute spot in Rye. Very friendly and helpful check in. Dinner was really good quality (oysters are *chefs kiss*), and breakfast was better! Excellent selection behind the bar as well

The staff made the place, couldn’t do enough for us! Restaurant was 10/10. Rooms were so lovely, but didn’t have aircon. Having a toddler highlighted the bathroom floor and around the toilet needed a deep clean. Amazing stay though, will be back!

Ok stay but surprised that the avocado served at breakfast was out of a bottle or similar - certainly not a fresh one! Third world problems maybe but for a hotel presenting itself as it does disappointing.
