「Liked that the kitchen, dining and living room was all open and made it spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped fridge, stove, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, silverware and other utensils one would need.
Bedrooms were nice. Adequate closet space.
Vinyl plank flooring throughout which is nicer than carpet for allergies and in case of spills.
Parking was easy. There was a nice deck with furniture to sit and you could see the ocean from the deck.

「Love everything! From the beautiful retro room to the heated floors in the bay to the comfy bed. We love the decor and we need some relaxing time. Wife and I wish it was warmer to see the property and water views but it was cold! Maybe we come back in the summer 」

「This was a great stay. highly recommended. You can walk to a wonderful park and also walk to get lobster rolls that are fantastic.
The view out the back was a highlight to us as much as being able to see the ocean from the deck.
Quiet, beautiful and overall a perfect stay.
You won't be disappointed」

「This is my spouse & I’s 2nd time going through Manie & Leslie to stay over for the holiday weekend for our deep sea fishing trip & to visit some family!! They’re amazing hosts!! Always checking in to make sure you’re having a good visit & that your stay with them is going ok!!! Such an adorable cottage *cutest decor*, very clean & within walking distance to the beach/Hampton beach strip.We had such an amazing time & can’t wait to book another trip with them!!」
