"This is a very popular hotel, with many people using its airport shuttle. It would help if the pick up location at the airport and schedule are posted in the hotel's website. One good feature of the hotel is that breakfast starts at 5:30 am, which allows guests to catch the early flight."

"Was pleasantly surprised how lovely the hotel was. The rooms were big, clean and the beds were comfy. The free shuttle was so convenient and having a family mart and drug store there was so good. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again to make our way to the airport so much easier."

"An easy train trip and walking distance or shuttle from Narita airport. An easy walk to Aeon supermarket and very convenient to a couple of local chain style restaurants. Very comfortable walk to Naritasan Park, Naritasan Shinshoji shrine and Omotisando shopping street. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and accommodating. Sadly we had to rush our breakfast but it was a flavourful Japanese style breakfast - a different but very welcomed experience for us. Would recommend and would stay again."
