"Great host and communication. The house is cozy and it had everything we needed. The air conditioning was great in the Japanese heatwave. In just under 10 minutes, you can walk to some of the nicest streets in Kyoto with temples and cafes. "We loved our stay at the Cross Hotel in Kyoto. Everything about it was perfect: location, food, hotel space. I had contacted the hotel in advance of our stay with questions and received quick responses. During our stay, we rented bikes and the hotel helped us keep these safe overnight. We still think about the daily breakfast, as no other hotels in hotel matched the variety and quality they offered. We can’t wait to go back!"
