"One of the worst experiences i have had in a 5 star hotel. The staff was completely unhelpfull. Everything we asked for was refused. The only perk we received we had to negotiate for hours to convert a no into yes. Me and my girlfriend are both gold with bonvoy and we received none of our perks. Not yo mention that we had the whole afternoon drilling machines making tremendous amount or noise and the hotel was not even apologetic about it. We heard it will not be going on tonight, which feels like a very unhelpful comment for a st regis hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Very nice Hotel with good facilities. All is top standard and beach wonderful. For adults I can recommend designated pool but make sure you reserve place because it is popular."
