“We stayed for five days and four nights, and were truly impressed by the hospitality of every staff member at the lodge. I traveled with my 7-year-old daughter, and many of the staff remembered her name, which made her feel so welcomed and happy. “It's simply a unique, luxurious, tranquil & liberating place with impeccable service (thanks to Dirk, Roy, the housekeepers and dining staffs) and a wonderful vibe for romance! The only thing we didn't like was the initial drive up to the property but, beyond that, it was a lovely romantic retreat !”

“The highlights of our stay here were the incredibly friendly staff and the generous food options. The service was akin to 5 star hotels - attentive, thoughtful and friendly. The food was plentiful and it was nice to have choices for dinner and breakfast. The room was suitable for our needs for a few nights and very clean and tidy. ”

“Incredible experience! We stayed at mount high after three nights in the bush - and it was wonderful. Will be back for sure- pure relaxation in a wonderful atmosphere. Attention: SUV advisable, because the gravel road on the way is quite challenging.”

“The photos dont do this property justice. secluded and quite with the sabie river running along side the villas and restaurants its just paradise. We stayed in the family Villa and it was breathtaking. The whole family went to the spa and had messages whilst listening to the river running by. it was the perfect way to end our trip to Kruger with some luxurious R&R.”

“This hotel was ok, I found the tent very cold even tho it had a AC unit but it still didn’t warm up. The bathroom was completely separate. You had to lock and unlock 2 doors to get to the kitchen/bathroom. There is everything you need. The hot tub wasn’t very hot and needed more water. The whole stay was ok but not amazing. ”
