The home was beautiful, clean and spacious enough for our big family. There was plenty of entertainment such as games, the movie room, and the beautful swimming pool that we all enjoyed.

Fall getaway

The house was beautiful and so nice. The hosts thought of everything to make this stay easy and relaxing. The finishes and the well stocked kitchen made this stay feel luxurious. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Tullum! The house accommodated our families and teens really well. Everything was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit and pool area. The location was great- close to the river, the dance halls and concert venues etc. We have travelled with two other families during spring break for five years straight visiting places like Utah, Rosemary Beach, Nashville etc. This home was in our top 2 SB rentals! We loved our stay!

This property is fantastic and we could not have hoped for better hosts. Derek and Lauren are kind, gracious, and very responsive! There was more than enough room for our group and could have easily accomodated 4 times the size of our group comfortably. The pool and hot tub were great for a nice, relaxing stay. Situated in a quiet cul du sac, close to a quaint little country store which more than met our needs, and still provided the quiet seclusion we were hoping for a quiet, relaxing weekend. But if a larger grocery store is what you want, there is one located 20 - 30 minutes away. If you are looking for property that will offer relaxation, close to amenities, out of the way just enough, and hosts that will go out of their way to meet all of your needs, then check out 33 Lazy Day in Concan. You won't be disppointed!

This property is great for a fun family experience!! The house is beautiful and has a wonderful layout for different family age groups with 5 bedrooms/5 baths. We had two hiccups at the beginning but the owners were VERY QUICK and RESPONSIVE to remedy those!! It is not uncommon to have a glitch or two when you rent a property. It is all about how those are handled. We could not have asked for better service!! We stayed for a week and enjoyed the pool, movie theater, and the location!! We experiencedseeing several mama deer and little baby deer on the outside of the fence each evening! I would HIGHLY recommend this property!! We come to Concan on vacation each summer and we will definitely stay here in the future! Start planning your stay at this property!!

Our stay at Derek and Lauren’s vacation home in Concan, TX, was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful scenery, the well-maintained property, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The house was spotless, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area was a dream—plenty of space to lounge, grill, and enjoy the peaceful Hill Country atmosphere. The Frio River was just a short 5-minute drive away, making it easy to float, swim, and soak in the beauty of the area. Derek and Lauren were wonderful hosts—responsive, friendly, and truly made us feel welcome. If you’re looking for the perfect spot to unwind and make amazing memories, this is it. Perfect Family Getaway by the Frio!

We had an amazing stay at this rental property for our family weekend getaway! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated.The property had everything we needed for our large family. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the outdoor grill and pool area were perfect for evening barbecues. The theater room was also a huge hit with the kiddos! There was plenty of space for our group to hang out and relax together. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into making this a family-friendly space, and they were super responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. There was an issue with one of the shower faucets upon arrival but the owners were diligent in sending out a plumber to correct it quickly. If you're looking for a peaceful, fun, and well-equipped place near the Frio River, this is it. We’ll definitely be coming back!
