Check In was easy, the door to the room would not close properly and required it to be manipulated to lock it and room smelled like cigarettes especially when the air was turned on. Homless people were lingering outside and made coming and going uncomfortable getting in and out of your car. I was unable to get After Hours assistance because no one answered the phone provided outside the office.

Disgusting motel, terrible experience!
This place was disgustingly dirty, people were screaming and fighting outside our room in the middle of the night, another guest near us had blood on their towels and we had dirt in our bed. Plastic bags wrapped around the smoke detectors on the ceiling. The shower was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The sheets didn’t even smell clean.

I couldn’t stay here- the room was dirty, the deadbolt was bent, and it looked like someone had kicked the door in so uncertain if the door lock would hold. Clerk recommended I NOT go to the restaurant next door but order in instead. Men loitering in parking lot, and pot smoke in the elevator. The clerk was very apologetic, accommodating and canceled my stay. I ubered elsewhere and am very happy I did.
