We needed a place to crash before a flight that we had to leave at 3am. Our entire family got no sleep. The room next door threw a party and they were rowdy all through the night and our hotel room reeked of week coming from the party. It was a miserable stay. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was very poor quality and maintained poorly. We will not be staying here again.

The reception was awful. Angry face. The door nub was broken. You are not feeling dosage at room . The shower was cold and dirty. We passed a very bad night over there.

Arrived at 10:10 PM and there was no one at the counter in the lobby until 10:40 PM. The property outside is dirty. The room itself had no cups, the phone to the front desk has no telephone wire connected to the wall. The television had no remote and was wobbly. The WiFi was horrible and kept cutting out, I was on an important meeting online and had to keep logging back in to the WiFi. The bed covers are more like just tip sheets. No coffee abilities in the room, no cups, no utensils or plates. The light switch when I walk in the room turns on nothing. Absolutely Bare bones minimum amenities. Would never stay here again. Weird tweaks hanging around the parking lot.

We did not stay. It does not look sanitary. Linen and bed were nicely done but there are hair under the linen which made me not wanting to stay. The bathroom smells smoke. Also, we had luggage to carry upstairs but no carrier and elevator. I ask to have my refund. The staff that was working said the charge is returned to my card, refunded per employee (named Joy).

Worst hotel experience
First, the service at the front desk was awful. There were at least two people talking in a room behind the front desk and they let me stand at the counter for more than 10 minutes because one woman said she was on break. When I finally got checked into my room, it was on the second floor. The handles on the staircase were held on with duct tape. The concrete stairs were badly cracked and unsafe. When I opened the door to the hotel room, it stunk and when I walked through it I found cigarette ashes on the counter in the bathroom. When I refused the room they couldn't even print a confirmation of the cancelation because they said they didn't have a printer that worked! I didn't stick around long enough to take pictures to add to this post.

I called ahead to say I would be very late ; after 9pm for sure . They said no problem we are open 24 hrs . I came at 10:30 ish .. She said my reservation was in the computer but they were out of rooms. She said there were rooms but they hadn't cleaned them yet . And she complained that Expedia always overbooks I will NEVER go to Natomas ES . They sent me to the West Sac Ext Stay one which turned out wonderful .

We were so disappointed...Front desk doesn't even greet the customer or say thank you....at least need to smile! but that is fine, maybe she is overworked ..needs training from some convenient store staff.. btw, we forget to ask for shampoo ahead of time & we were placed on the far building and reception is on the other side.....Room is old! Bathroom needs to be fixed.. The owner needs to change the microwave. I think it's been there for more than 15 years! btw, where is the manager?. LOL! . even thrift shops will not accept this microwave! please see photos.. You need to have an anti tetanus vaccine before entering this hotel!.
