Disappointing Hampton Inn

This place is in need of repair. The carpet on our 4th floor room is well worn and spotted. The bath tub is stained from cleaning it and the bathroom sink runs very slow. No refrigerator or microwave oven in the room even though it was stated on the reservation listing. Oil dripped on my husband from the hinge on the outside door when unpacking our car. The bed was comfortable - hopefully the breakfast is good.

When you walk into the lobby the attomsphere is so inviting. Erika the front desk attendant was so friendly & helpful. There is so much right at your finger tips, fresh coffee & French Vanilla creamer. Iced infused water, lots of sit down & relax area. LOVED our room, spacious, QUIET & comfy. It was so cozy to actually have a heavier blanket on the bed vs most hotels provide you with a thin so called blanket. The coffee cups made us smile everytime we used one, it was whimsical to have a "mustache/lips" on the front if your cup when you took a sip. The breakfast was hands down the best.continental breakfast ever. Beautilf display, pressed juice, smoothies, eggs/sausage & the cinnamon roll waffle was the bomb! Will for sure be booking here Elevery time I am on town.

Great location

Great service, clean and large room, nice new looking towels, quiet, plenty of up close parking and two large elevators (no waiting). As usual, they had a great breakfast selection. This location is great, I thought it would be noisy, because it is close to the freeway and two busy roads. Nope, it was very quiet. The location is close to food, shopping, interstate 80, multiple medical facilities and a coffee roaster!

My next door was so loud. I called the front desk 4 times to see if I can change my room. No answer. The calls I made were between 6-7 pm. Can’t believe no one would be there during that period. Also for some reason when I checked in, the front desk clerk initially could not find my reservation.
