You are in the heart of downtown Sacramento, just five minutes from the Golden 1 Center and the newly-built modern DOCO Mall ( an open air complex featuring shopping, gourmet dining, fine wines, and a movie theater).
Our state capital is just over five minutes away.
Downtown-Midtown is a trendy cultural area with a high concentration of restaurants, bars, attractions, parks and the SAFE Credit Union Convention & Performing Arts District is less than 10 minutes away.

Our super clean and functional with a dedicated work space. Unusually quiet for a place so centrally located. This 2 story home features an attached 1-car garage for convenient free parking. Bring your furry friend (extra fee and some restrictions apply), dog park located onsite. Ideal for families, friends, and professionals.

The host was great! The location was great! I feel there’s not enough comfortable seating in the living area. Also, the kitchen could use more dish towels and dish cloths. Otherwise, everything was great!
We recommend two great restaurants! Urban Roots Brewery and Smokehouse and Sellands on Broadway!

Modern wonderful condo

We stayed here for 17 nights. House is clean and convenient location for us to visit family members nearby. A lot of wonderful restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay there.
