Staff was great. Hotel door hard to open/close, smelled like smoke (booked a non smoking room). Paper thin walls with a door (locked) that went to room next door. Neighbor pounded on my door and insisted I open it (I did not) because he had to tell me something. I did not feel safe and left 10 minutes after checking in.

The building isn’t anything special. The pool has been filled in with dirt. The room was clean and the staff friendly. Parking was tight and this particular stay there was a moving truck taking up at the charging stations and a few additional parking spots. There don’t seem to be a lingering homeless population, but lots of warnings not to leave belongs in the your vehicle. Housekeeping was still cleaning rooms at 5pm.

It was over 100° during my stay, but the AC works really well so I stayed pretty comfortable. Also, it’s really conveniently located to restaurant stores and freeways.

The staff was super nice. The price is the room was very reasonable. The only issue we had was some of the other hotel guests were arguing loudly just outside our room close to midnight. I would stay at again.

Staff was super nice. The bed was lumpy and you coupd tell from just looking at it. There was a booger on the wall and a wad of hair stuck to the wash cloth that was folded. People digging through the dumpster and riding around on bike all night.

This was a one night stay while we were on the road home. We had stayed here before. This was a standard Motel 6 room with few amenities besides a bed, a shower/toilet and a tv. We picked this place for travel convenience and the fact that it was clean rather than some great vacation experience. We did find ONE cockroach in the bathroom. Woodland's major industry is farming so this is not unusual so we didn't make a big deal about it (we were there to sleep). I reported this to the manager when we arrived home the next day and she said they would investigate & mitigate.

Wonderful friendly staff, very easy check in, room was exactly what i needed. The only complaint is that due to the location between two major highways it was a little noisy. Other than that its worth every penny.
