Great location and very tidy

Booked this house for my family that came to visit me. The house is in an excellent location, near supermarkets, downtown and parks. Very spacious house and well equipped. We enjoyed spending time at home, as well as walking to the nearby places.

Beautiful, spacious home, great location

Our family loved staying in this beautiful house. Great, open layout with plenty of space for hanging out and so many bedrooms and bathrooms for a large gathering. Great kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds, very clean. In a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and easy to walk to downtown, farmers market, and campus. Will definitely be coming back.

Amazing house

The house looks just like the pictures. New build, clean and spacious. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when we are in Davis. They have everything we needed for our stay and more!

Perfect rental!

I rented this property for a girls’ weekend reunion in Davis, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, I believe they were memory foam but firm, and probably the best I’ve slept on in any vacation rental. The host was fantastic—very responsive and attentive. At one point, a few of us needed extra blankets (everyone in our group has varying temperature preferences when we sleep so we kept the house temps low), and the host promptly delivered them, which we really appreciated. This property exceeded our expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-maintained rental!

Communicatin with the host was fantastic! The house has lots of natural lighting very comfortable furnishings. We especially appreciated the desks. It's a great place to get soem work done while in Davis, very quiet!

Thank you for a lovely weekend away at your beautiful home. We were in Davis visiting our daughter and were very happy with our stay. The home is in a very convenient area, about a 15 minute walk to downtown. It was very clean and there is plenty of space to spread out. Darish was very easy to communicate with for anything we needed during our stay. We will definitely stay at this home again the next time we are in Davis. Thank you!
