“Everything was wonderful! Location and communication with Laura was perfect. Would highly recommend.”

“Great place to use as a base for your trip to Rome. Location is right between two metro stations: Spanish steps and Barberini with bunch of restaurants/small groceries around you and if you need something. Host Joey made this trip unforgettable by going above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. Highly recommend this place and for sure will stay here again.”

“We stayed for 2 nights this week. The location is great! The staff was super helpful. The room was clean and they allowed us access to it before 2pm. Highly recommend”

“The property is well located if you like to walk; the closest public bus is about a 10-minute walk away. From the very beginning, this host fails the trust test They welcome you with an email and offer to give you advice and tell you that they can transport you via a chauffeur from the airport to the apartment at a cost of 85 euros (add 10% to pay by card). The overcharge for card payment should alert you to this host: unfortunately, that is not the worst. They only mention public……

“Great room in a fabulous part of town! We had to book a room last min. due to weather conditions & receptionist Naomi was kind & communicative about the check-in deadline (6:00pm or I think there is a fee for check in later than that.) Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only little quirks we found were figuring out how to work the shower handle to change the location of the water (rain shower head or handle, etc.) and I'd recommend bringing your own shampoo + conditioner as we……

“Excellent location between Trastevere and Pantheon. Very responsive hosts. Exterior of the hotel common courtyard should be cleaned up….but its not an issue for me. Room amenities are up to hotel standards. Thanks for the excellent service.”

“We liked the location near Piazza Cavour, its proximity to Piazza Navona, and the easy access to public transport. The apartment was spacious, bright, and airy. It sits just a few steps above street level, with a secure outer gate and inner door.”

“The property was just as described. Great location and walking distance to all the sites we wanted to visit. Lots of good local restaurants near the property. Would like to see complimentary toiletries and steamer or clothing iron for each room. Would DEFINITELY stay again and would recommend for family and friends.”

“Roma Termini is at 1 km. This is a centrally located apartment, which has a kitchen with some equipment like gas stove and Oven. It also has nearby restaurants and supermarket. Excellent Wifi strong and reliabke. Uber is easily available. Armando is a great Host, he is reachable as needed. Quaint Comunnity, good people around. ”

“The apartment was very spacious with everything you need for a longer stay. It was a lovely design overlooking the river. Quiet space to comeback to after busy days Self checkin and communication with the host was easy. Would definitely recommend this property to other travellers ”

“The Trestavere area is very quaint and busy. The apartment is right in the heart of the action. However, the apartment itself seemed peaceful and easy to relax in. The AC worked well, and it was a blessing for the afternoon siesta to get through the insane heat wave Rome was having. So, for those of us a bit on the older side, the mattress was pretty firm. The shower was pretty small. But, everything was clean and tidy.”
