Only issue I had which was not a big deal because it was quickly corrected. Was they forgot to clean my room on the day that they said they were coming to clean it. I only stay for four nights and they only clean it one day out of the four nights. I already knew that they charge Parking so the parking thing wasn’t a big deal. 「We really enjoyed our stay. The property had a homey feel to it. We Refered to the Condo as going home each day after our activities of the day. The elevator made unloading and loading so easy. 「The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense.
