Annual ski trip

Huge well appointed home in beautiful private lakefront setting. Something for everyone to enjoy, 30 minutes to Schweitzer. Great for large groups

Magic in a winter wonderland

Our large group of friends from Florida plan a ski trip every year, this was our 7th annual and this house/location/stay was the best one yet. This home was found in incredible condition and has everything a large group needs. The open concept and beautiful lake/Mountain View’s allowed our group to create life long memories. We hope to return in the summer

Lake Front Living At Its Finest

Upon entering the property, you are greeted with spectacular views of the lake. The house was built to highlight the beautiful, well-maintained outdoor space. The property has everything you could need, such as fishing gear, kayaks, life vests, all kitchen appliances, towels, a large kids' area, and an outdoor hot tub. This home is your home away from home and makes a great family vacation.

Outstanding VRBO Experience – Perfection in Every Way!

Our stay at this VRBO property was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we booked, everything was seamless, professional, and exceeded all expectations. The home was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—you can tell the hosts put a lot of care into creating a welcoming space.Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from the fully stocked kitchen and cozy linens to the local tips and touches that made us feel right at home. Fantastic property for Family Reunion

We spent four nights at the Villa Z. Luxury property - appointed very nicely, and really well stocked with kitchen supplies and laundry (3 sets of washers/dryers). We had 16 people and there was plenty of space for everyone to get away and get some privacy. Lots of board games and lawn/lake toys. Cornhole was a favorite. Early morning paddle board and kayaking. We rented a boat nearby and tied up to our private dock. We even chartered a fishing trip and had them come get us by water. A close 5 minute drive to Sandpoint for any groceries/supplies that might have been forgotten. The management company was super responsive when issues came up. Delightful stay - and we look forward to coming again!

Family vacation

We had a great vacation with our three children and their families. The property had games, beach toys, paddleboards - everything we could want. The management company was very responsive.

Exquisite house in an amazing setting

Fabulous house with plenty of room for everybody, very well appointed kitchen and common areas. Kayaks, paddle boards, floaties, floating trampoline, and lake blanket kept kids very busy. Working boat lift was a great convenience. We had a great time. Management team was perfect and professional and easy to communicate with.

Perfect for our family celebration September 2022

Driving up to this home was beyond expectations. This home is beautiful, it was perfect for our family reunion. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and beautiful. We are a family that loves to cook, the kitchen was amazing, well stocked. The living areas were perfect for our large family to gather as a group. The views are stunning. Guest service was attentive and responded quickly. Would love to make this an annual destination for our fami.y events.

Terrific!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room, amenities and great layout. Kellee and the staff were more than accommodating and made the planning seamless. The experience was exemplary. A guest who stayed with us for my 40th birthday was so impressed she booked the same place a week or two later for a gathering she is organizing! Two thumbs up. Highly recommend!

Picture Perfect!

We recently had a large group of family, friends, and kids stay at VillaZ and we had an incredible time! The house is beautiful and extremely spacious, even though we had around 20 guests. The grounds are lovely and we even had some luck catching fish off the dock. The kids and grownups loved paddleboarding and kayaking. The mountain backdrop against the lake was like staring at a postcard. The management company was communicative and accommodating. I would love to stay at this beautiful home again anytime.

Great house

This is a great property with everything you could want for a great vacation. The only knock I have is the dishwashers. They were high end junk and we ended up having to hand wash all our dishes because the washers just didn’t get things clean. Other than that this property is great

Magnificent Location

Can’t beat the location of this home. Breathtaking view, magnificent sunrises and sunsets. Easy drive to Schweitzer Mountain for hiking or just taking the ski lift to the top, to Coeur D’Alene and/or to Sandpoint. The home had all the needed amenities for our group of 15 family members, including a hot tub. Only downside: the bathrooms for the guest rooms were separate from the guest rooms, not en suite like the master bedroom, hence the reason for 4 stars vs 5. Responsive property management team. Overall, great week for our family gathering.

Villa Z is Absolutely Amazing

From the moment we pulled up to the property we were in awe! Villa Z had everything we needed for a luxurious and relaxing family get-a-way! The house is stunning and extremely clean! There are so many hidden gems to this house and something for everyone! We all enjoyed the view and time down at the private beach! When we weren’t enjoying our time out on the gorgeous patio, we were relaxing inside and admiring this gorgeous home. The property manager was very kind and helpful all while making the check in and check out process go extremely smooth. We can’t wait to plan another trip out to Villa Z! Everyone in our group had a blast- from the kids to the adults! Thank you to the owners and property manager for making our stay an unforgettable trip of a lifetime!

Everything it was advertised to be!!

We couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful or better property for our family vacation. We were a group of 15, ranging in age from 14-82. The house was perfect——immaculately clean, well-planned in the layout, and the best equipped property we have ever rented! Everything was there in abundance from wine glasses, silverware, cooking utensils and tons of “necessities” to get us started in the beautiful kitchen. The staff were polite, friendly and very responsive to every inquiry. They brought extra life jackets within an hour of our request, came to fix a blown fuse right away——great customer service. We would definitely return!

Perfect for business retreat!

While it took a little time to figure out what all the light switches were for, the place was perfect for our business retreat! There were plenty of space for breakout sessions, space for almost everyone to have their own room/bathroom. When it comes to the kitchen, we had hired a private chef. He found that there was limited refrigeration! An extra refrigerator in the garage would have come in handy as he had food for four days. Could have used a few small serving tongs, serving spoons, and medium size serving platters. Everything else was in great working order!! We had an issue with two of the coffee pots the first morning and management brought a new replacement quickly!! We did have a few who were looking forward to having access to the dock, but upon arrival we found a note that stated it was not to be used until after our check out date. Would have been nice to know that it was not going to be available prior to our check in. Overall the space was amazing! The fire pit on the beach was greatly appreciated and used every night!!!

Amazing home for our family Thanksgiving!

First off, I have to say the property management company was AMAZING!! They took great care of us and even sent someone out on Thanksgiving since we tripped a breaker and weren't able to get into the room where the breaker was. The home and property were beautiful and everything we could have asked for. The kitchen was so well stocked and this is coming from a family of cooks. We did bring some of our own supplies but that is because we were picky about how we cooked our turkey. The one thing it needs is some new can openers. Plenty of coffee machines, the ice machine was great in the bar area, and five bedrooms, the additional murphy bed (which was a memory foam bed as well) and the kids room gave us plenty of room for 6 couples and 8 kids. I highly recommend this home for a family or friend gathering!!

Beautiful home and view

We came just in time when the snow freshly feel so the view was beautiful to wake up too! The home is very well kept and beautiful!! There was a bit of a smell upon arrival, maybe the sewage not sure. But besides that it was wonderful! The home has everything you need to cook with and more!! Would definitely come back!
