「Just smell not good, other things are OK」

「I like rain very much. My room is on the second floor. When it rains, I can hear the sound of raindrops falling on the roof, which is very helpful for sleeping. I like this sound very much. The transportation is convenient, the main road is when you go out, and there is a beach nearby, which is quite good.」

「No hot breakfast as advertised, room smelled of mold and smoke, vinyl floors not mopped during 3 day stay, pillows small, mattress and box spring had plastic wrap on, noisy when roll over in bed and trip you when you get up. This is a renovated OLD motel, stay somewhere else.」

「The worst thing was the hygiene of the food buffet and the service staff. They use the same gloves to serve the food, arrange the bread, mop the floor with a rag and pick up the trash from the floor. I saw a person picking up leftovers from the fried egg bowl that had fallen and putting them back in the plate…Terrible!!! Too much space in the room, can be added some kitchen tools. 」

「The room was extremely spacious and had all of the amenities required. This included some nice additional touches like chocolates on the pillow, a handwritten welcome card, history of the hotel, etc.」

「There was mold all over the room, laundry facilities were not functioning, and the facilities were in desperate need for updating. There were hardly any kitchen utensils to use as well. Our initial room was not what we booked and it was changed only after several entreaties. Overall, a very bad experience 」

「Contacted Customer service 3 nightas about smoke detector blinking throughout night and this issue was never resolved. Quite dissaponiting. 」
