"The property was falsely advertised. There were other perrsons living in the home and the place was not prepared to recieved my husband and i. We were given no instructions or information by the ower and felt out of place and uncomfortable."

"It is a short ride from the airport. It is located not far from the Strip. The resort is quiet with a lovely beach. The property is well maintained. I did have one issue. The floor in our room was visibly dirty when we arrived. I waited two day for it to be cleaned. It was not. I had go to the front desk & ask for it to be cleaned. The room was well cleaned for three days. On our last day they dropped the ball. The room was not cleaned. Bed was never made up, nothing restocked, no clean towels....

"We had a wonderful time at the Koi Resort St Kitts. From the moment we stepped out of the airport we were warmly received and taken directly to the hotel. "It's a lovely, affordable, quiet area with lots of options for casual and formal dining. The beach is clean and calm with lots or beach chairs to rent (or free if staying at Timothy Beach Resort). There is also a bit of night life at the several bars and diners along The Stip. Taxis are always available to take you around the island or wherever you want to go. Timothy Beach Resort is a lovely, relaxing, comfortable, safe and clean place to stay. I highly recommend for the budget traveller. "

"It did the job! Reasonably priced, we just needed somewhere to stay the night before transferring to Nevis. It's very well located for the passenger ferry port. The area near the property has some restaurants and bars, almost all un-usable due to extraordinarily loud music. During the day time, shops prop their doors open with massive speakers, blaring ludicrously loud music."

"The hotel is next to Port Zante and all the tourists stores for the cruise ships. Good downtown location. Two minute walk to the Ram's large grocery store. My room was large and all the rooms come with a mini kitchen. It was stocked with dishes, glasses, pans, knives, silverware, electric stove, large fridge. The AC is in the ceiling, quiet, and it kept the room cold. My room faced the main street, Bay Road. But, with the windows closed it was quiet. I think it's the best downtown Basseterre...
