Plénitude is a spacious, detached contemporary house located 800 m from the beach and 2 km from the center with shops and restaurants.
Private parking is available on the property.
A 450 m² enclosed garden at the rear of the house features a swing and a solar-powered shower. Two terraces are available: one on the garden level and one on the living room level.
Ground floor (1st level above the basement): spacious and bright living/dining room with fireplace, large separate fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and private shower room/toilet, the other with a queen-size bed and a small private shower room), and a shower room/toilet. Upstairs: mezzanine with relaxation area (sofa, bookshelf, and exercise bike), 3 bedrooms, including a small attic bedroom (1: 160x200 cm bed, 2: 140x190 cm bed, 3: 2 90x190 cm beds and TV), shower room and shower room/toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, baby bed/high chair.
Included: gas heating, electricity, bed linens, and towels.
Not included: tourist tax and mandatory end-of-stay cleaning (€100).
Pets welcome (€100 deposit per pet).
