From the train station: 8 minutes by car
and 14 minutes by bus line A, direction Cesson République, get off at the Avenir stop.

To get there by bus:

Go to the Gare SNCF stop, located right in front of the station.
Take a bus from the TUB line (Transports Urbains de Saint-Brieuc). You can take line 1 or line 2, depending on the route in service.
Get off at the Edmond Rostand stop (near Rue Edmond Rostand, about 5-7 minutes by bus).
From the Edmond Rostand bus stop, you can walk a few minutes to get directly to 67B Rue Edmond Rostand.

If you prefer to walk, the distance is about 15-20 minutes on foot from Saint-Brieuc train station, following Rue de la Gare and then towards Rue Edmond Rostand.
