Tolle Lage und fantastischer Ausblick

Für 3 Personen perfekt. Kein Luxusappartement aber gemütlich und alles mit Stil! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: sehr gut! Lage und Ausblick sind kaum zu schlagen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Traumblick in Saint Cast le Guildo

Es war wundervoll hier !! Und der Vermieter und auch die örtlich vorhandene Dame waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung selbst ist auch gut ausgestattet, jedoch z. T. etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Aber die absolut traumhafte Lage gleicht diesen kleinen Nachteil mehr als äus.

Beau sejour dans une location situee dans un endroit extraordinaire avec une vue superbe sur la baie

Location se trouve dans un endroit extraordinaire mais l’accès se fait pour une partie à pied parce qu’il se trouve sur le chemin des douaniers. Mais cela vaut la peine. Il y a lieu d’utiliser un escalier pour arriver à la location. La lumière de nuit ne fonctionnait pas quand nous y étions. Superbe vue de la terrasse. Le toit de la terrasse est à refaire mais il nous a été rassuré qu’il n’y a pas de risque pour notre sécurité. Une caution de 400 euro en espèces est demandee bien que pas mentionnée dans les infos. On trouvait que la location n’était pas trop nettoyée. Espaces bien aménagées Tout y est : lave vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche linge, transats, …. Salle de bains aves douche un peu vieillot.

Un superbe point de vue, mais des prestations décevantes

+++ = point de vue superbe depuis la grande et belle terrasse (toutefois : faible exposition au soleil et forte exposition au vent). Mais : - Cuisine et salle de bains très petites (et meubles bas de gamme) - Quasiment pas de produits d'entretien pour faire le ménage, une serpillère mais pas de balai pour la passer... - 2 ou 3 chaises longues sur la terrasse ne seraient pas de trop pour le prix élevé, - 2 poignées de porte nous restent dans les mains, chasse d'eau cassée, robinet salle de bain qui fuit, écoulement douche bouché, les joints des portes sont décollés et laissent passer le vent, peinture à revoir partout. - Draps et taies d'oreiller non fournis (pas pratique). Bref: prestations pas à la hauteur du prix demandé. Cela dit : le panorama est effectivement exceptionnel.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, aber durchaus bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

An apartment with a superb view

This apartment you want to rent for the magnificent view of St Cast and its beach. The covered wooden deck show stunning views. Also from the living room you enjoy most of this view. Be aware: this apartment is difficult to reach for disabled people! Beside the nicely equipped living room the rest of the apartment is somewhat outdated. Shower room is complete and functioning, but with my length of 1,93 mtr taken a shower is a somewhat acrobatic experience as height of the cabin is low. Beds are of good quality. Adequate heating and good illumination are available. Only disappointment was that apartment was not as clean as was expected. Also we experienced a heavy wind coming from the sea during our stay. That is not an issue, but the windows let in a lot of that wind. Hence the central heating could not cope with this draught, Still in general we highly appreciated our stay and recommend it.

La Garde St Cast

Bon emplacement, belle vue et directement sur le chemin des douaniers. Pour l’appartement : belle pièce de vie très agréable avec vue sur la plage et La Garde . Par contre , accès de nuit difficile par manque d’éclairage ( la nuit tombe tôt à la Toussaint), le dessous de la terrasse de l’appartement du dessus est en mauvais état ( nombreuses fissures et fers à béton visibles) et salle de douche peu pratique pour les grands ( bac douche très haut et plafond bas) .
