“Paula was so responsive—I enjoyed the deck and table to be able to enjoy the weather. A generous space for the price, for sure! I liked the mattress. Convenient to all the beaches I wanted to look for rocks at. Can’t beat that price!!! I’ll be back, I hope!”

“Staff was friendly. Nice breakfast. Could use more staff, in the cleaning department. Hallways and rooms needed a good vacuuming. Cheerios found in corners of kitchen. Pill on the floor of the bedroom. Tables in breakfast area needed wiping between guests. I think they need more staff. Was quiet and convenient.”

“The host was very good about communicating and the property was fine for a warm place to stay. We did have to replace batteries in 4 smoke alarms and the TV remote controls. We noticed a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom that we reported to the host. The property is in dire need of new carpeting. ”

“I am used to newer houses so my first impression was not great. It seemed dirty and the house definitely had some maintenance issues, but when I really looked at the place the bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen were very clean. The carpets had stains on them and could use a deep clean but overall cleanliness was very good. The upstairs bedroom was very cold and I didn’t realize until the last day there was a space heater in the downstairs bedroom closet, but it was also January and snowy. They……
