## Logement
My house is charming, very clean and warm.
It is well equipped and will be perfect for a tourist stay with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 7 people and is composed of 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 double bed, a large fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a beautiful living room with a television and a sofa bed (120x200, ideal for 2 small kids or 1 adult).
Outside, you will have a large furnished terrace, which offers a nice view on the garden, where you can have lunch on sunny days!

During your stay, you will have at your disposal:
Garage, Wifi, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Fireplace, Microwave, Oven.

Bed linen and towels are provided for an additional fee.

You will stay 5 minutes by car from the Liouquet Beach, 9 minutes from the Madrague Beach, and the center of Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer is 6 minutes away.
Visit the must-see places of Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer and discover: the Gallo-Roman Museum of Tauroentum (7 minutes by car), the Dune de Sable (16 minutes), the Mini Statue of Liberty (7 minutes), the SEBASTIEN ART CENTER (6 minutes), and the Allée des Platanes (5 minutes).

The exceptional coastal path of Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer is a 14-minute drive away, where you can admire the sea floor and the rocky coastline; you will also find the very famous Golf de Frégate.
I recommend you to go to the Calanque of Port d'Alon (16 minutes by car) to enjoy a walk between land and sea, or leave from the port of La Madrague to discover the Nartette domain and admire the wind dune.

You can also visit the surroundings of Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer and discover : Bandol at 17 minutes by car, la Ciotat at 16 minutes, Sanary-sur-Mer at 20 minutes, Toulon at 23 minutes, and many others...

For your daily shopping, you will have a Supermarket Casino at 5 minutes by car.

Widely open to the bay of Les Lecques, Saint Cyr sur Mer is one of the musts of the Côte Provençale with its two hamlets Les Lecques and La Madrague. Surrounded by pine forests and famous vineyards, the bay shelters 3 small charming marinas and a 2km long sandy beach.

Tolle Lage und schöne Anlage mit Terrasse, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, aber auch einige Wehmutstropfen: Wohnung in renovierungsbedürtigem Zustand, Nachbar in der Wohnung darüber ruft täglich morgens irgendwelche "Befehle" (Sporttraining?), und wir wurden von Insekten ziemlich zerstochen/ gebissen.

Maison confortable bien équipée très bonne literie et très bien située sur le littoral juste à 30km de Marseille. Sublime terrasse pergola pour le café du matin sans vis à vis que la baie des Lecques la mer.

Schöne Lage aber.........

Die Lage des Hauses war sehr schön. Der Concierge war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Tür der Waschmaschine war kaputt. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette haben einen Wasserschaden und hatten einen muffigen Geruch. Wir mussten anduernd lüften aber dann kamen die Mücken rein. Die Wohnung im Obergeschoss war bewohnt, was nicht in der Anzeige stand. Immer zur gleichen Uhrzeit nachts lautes Reden, manchmal Schreien und Krach.
