Our Provençal house of 160 m2, classified 4 stars, with swimming pool is located in a quiet residential area of ​​St Cyr sur Mer, 5 min from Lecques Beach.

It is fully air-conditioned, has 4 spacious bedrooms, a beautiful equipped kitchen, a grill and parking that can accommodate several cars.

Wifi, access to CANAL+,NEXFLIX and AMAZON PRIME are included as well as a 360° X BOX for game lovers.
Its 700m2 plot offers an 8x4 secure swimming pool with sun loungers, as well as 2 shaded terraces.
One overlooking the front of the house with its arbor of vines and the other overlooking the back of the house with its view of the vines of the local cooperative.

Every Sunday morning, a 10-minute walk away, the local market awaits you with its many traders. The beach is accessible ON FOOT in 20 to 25 minutes via the Voie Douce. Airport is accessible by car in 50 minutes.

St Cyr les Lecques train station is 500 meters away. You can go by train to La Ciotat, Ceyreste, Bandol, Toulon, Marseille and many other cities.

Our house can accommodate 8 people and a baby, a free travel cot and a high chair are available on request. Sheets and towels are included.

On the ground floor there is:

An equipped kitchen open to the living room, dining room of 80 m2. You will find all the equipment there, DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, kitchen robot, oven, washing machine etc....
In the living room, a comfortable corner sofa as well as a 140 cm TV, board games, and books.
An air-conditioned master suite with shower and 160x200 bed.
A separate toilet.

Upstairs :

You will find 3 spacious bedrooms, one of which has a desk for working on TV.

Two other bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed that can form 2 beds of 80 x200.

A Provençal bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, towel dryer.
A separate toilet.

This haven of peace is ideal for spending a peaceful family vacation in a quiet area aspiring to relaxation.
The property is completely secure, fenced and closed by a gate.

Noise, parties and events are not allowed in order to respect the neighborhood.

Belle maison dans un environnement très calme

Très belle maison.Rien ne manque.Très propre.Entrée et sortie des lieux faciles.Seul bémol,un peu loin des plages pour s'y rendre à pied mais près du centre ville.Belle piscine pas chauffée mais bien entretenue.Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour bien que la météo était plus que mitigée.
