The staff is amazing. They will go out of their way to provide you with convenience. A gentleman called Michel even gave me his bus tickets out of his wallet. Please be aware that there is no alcohol in their restaurant.

good option far from beach and main center

good option if you need to sleep one night there and fly the next day. i've rent a car for that i don't know what options are available to reach it without own car

they let me park right in front, incredibly convenient. Super nice front desk clerk, spoke English well. I didn't stay in other hotels in Reunion, so have nothing with which to compare other than mostly Bonvoy properties in the US (and a few in Europe). It wasn't as nice as most Bonvoy properties, but maybe for the island it was veyr good. I'd stay again if needed. The breakfast looked decent, but I didn't have time to partake.

Décevant, à éviter pour un séjour touristique Seul point positif : la proximité de l’aéroport. Pour le reste, l’expérience a été plus que décevante. • Localisation : Mauvais choix pour un séjour touristique. Le quartier semble sinistré, peu accueillant et sans réel attrait. • Restauration : Aucun service après 22h, ce qui est très contraignant, surtout après un vol tardif. • Propreté : L’hygiène laisse à désirer, avec une impression générale de négligence dans les chambres et les espaces communs. • Accueil : Personnel peu accueillant à la réception, un vrai manque de professionnalisme. • Parking : Insuffisant pour la capacité de l’hôtel, et après une certaine heure, il devient quasiment impossible de trouver une place. Si vous cherchez un endroit agréable pour séjourner, passez votre chemin. Cet hôtel est peut-être pratique pour une nuit de transit, mais certainement pas pour profiter de l’île.

Idéal pour une nuit avant de prendre l’avion

Chambre propre, grande et bien équipée. L’hôtel est moderne et dispose d’une piscine. Le quartier n’est pas un quartier touristique. Offre de restauration à proximité très limitée. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas qualitatif par rapport au tarif. Bref, très bien pour une nuit avant de prendre l’avion car on met moins de 15 minutes pour rejoindre l’aéroport.
